Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Demand planning and Supply Control ANAPEC f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Support the Sales & Operations Planning implementation and standardization process across Business Units. Participate in projects and initiatives to improve the forecast accuracy and to optimize inventory levels (e.g. Overstock management, Service level analysis...) Collaborate with different departments to gather information and support the development of demand planning and Supply control strategies. Identify opportunities to streamline demand planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy through the use of new tools, methodologies, or technology (e.g. Power BI reporting). Support the planning team for reporting and organizational related tasks.

Qualifications

Education : Master degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, logistics or operations management. Understanding of Supply Chain Management principles, including inventory management, demand forecasting and distribution. Strong analytical and problem solving skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization, interactive reporting, and dashboard creation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English. Proficiency in SAP system is a plus.
