POSITION SUMMARY



The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for the development and execution of the annual customer plan assigned by Key Account Managers (KAM) and Commercial Development Team (CDT) for pharmaceutical wholesalers. The objective is to achieve the company's goals while fully complying with the World Health Organization (WHO) code.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...



Business Development
Execution of routing and monthly visit plans for pharmaceutical wholesalers and PARA wholesalers, as established by the KAM.
Monitoring the performance of wholesalers and conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Ensuring optimal execution of plans while adhering to quotas set by the KAM.
Implementation and execution of the BF & GUM category development strategy.
Managing launch and relaunch plans, monitoring their execution, and providing recommendations. Communicating field feedback and competitive intelligence.
Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and management of distribution plans, respecting quotas and priorities by wholesaler.
Ensuring smooth execution of call center plans through pre-defined meetings with KAM and based on priorities.
Conducting weekly evaluations of call center plans and communicating follow-up reports by wholesaler.
Monitoring and reporting stock status to CDT, including secondary data analysis by client, on a monthly basis.
Ensuring compliance with the return policy and managing FIFO and product freshness for Nestlé products.
Executing and monitoring pharmacy purchase orders communicated by PSR.
Visiting, monitoring orders, ensuring visibility, and providing advisory support to Group A pharmacies, as per the list provided by the KAM.
Managing all customer fees and closing monthly overdue payments communicated by the KAM.
Developing the PARA project through the recruitment of PARA wholesalers and the activation of their call centers.
Conducting WHO meetings with wholesalers.

Master's degree.
Previous experience in Field Management.
Experience in medical/pharmaceutical detailing.
Experience in planning, managing, and evaluating tasks, activities, and projects with health professionals related to nutrition/pharmaceutical products.
Ability to independently manage and excel in challenging and demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals.
