Join the TikTok HR team as an HR Generalist working with our Trust & Safety Operations teams. This is a full-service organization designed to build trust and confidence in protecting user data and content assurance. You will join a fast-growing company and help shape our TikTok people experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple local and regional stakeholders to support our continued growth in EMEA Trust & Safety Teams. As an HR Generalist, you will form part of the HR Business Partner team aligned to Trust and Safety and will provide support to your organization’s teams partnering closely with HRBPs and Managers to lead and specialise in performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances & trainings for Managers. The role will entail partnering and collaborating with HRBPs and Managers in the Trust & Safety London site to deliver exceptional HR solutions, focusing on employee relations, grievances, and employee engagement initiatives. Our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change. About The Team

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. This is a 6 months fixed term contract position. - Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. - Partner with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ownership for complex employee investigations, grievances, disciplinary issues and provide coaching to business leaders on ways to manage each case. - Develop and deliver training and enablement for managers on performance management policies, tools and support ongoing coaching and support for day-to-day activity. - Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community of leaders to deliver on business and people priorities
- Be the ambassador of TikTok organizational culture, plan, and implement organizational culture activities. - Partner in headcount planning, management and support in the recruitment process based on business requirements.
- 1+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in global company
- Comprehensive HR and employment law knowledge, with experience in multiple EMEA locations, an advantage
- Hands-on employee relations and performance management experience
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives
- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels Preferred Qualifications
- HR experience in e-commerce or the technology industry, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication, engagement and influencing capability
