Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. • Run different machines hands-on (application) training for end user & distributor teams
• Build partnership with customers with education activities for achieving Therapy/product optimization Handling end users question & inquiries related to patients connection & machines handling for key customers (in coordination with the distributor teams)
• Clinical support (e.g. follow up of first patient connection) to end users till they are confident to manage independently
• Plan and execute the clinical readiness of new Baxter and distributor trainers
• Monitor and align distributors’ clinical activities performance with Baxter’s strategies and policies and standards
• Plan and conduct Educational activities as per the needs of the customer and market requirements to increase therapy penetration
• Monitor and increase fleet utility per each Key hospital
