Job Summary: 



Successful candidates will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell global logistics solutions i.e. 3PL, LLP and general freight services to global, large-sized companies in the various sectors .​





Key Accountabilities:





  • Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers, as defined in the local sales KPI’s.





  • Achieving local sales KPI including the given budget and revenue. ​





  • Being responsible for the sales P&L while maintaining an accurate pipeline and monthly market forecast.​





  • Customer Retention: Establishing long-term business relationships with all accounts.​





  • Analyze and distribute specific reports to management when required.​





  • Coordinate and follow up the selling activities working closely with customer service, operations, sales team and the logistics teams.​





  • Focusing on generating profitable business with customers. ​





  • Taking responsibility with cross-selling and upselling within existing customer base to develop potential accounts through air freight, ocean freight, and value-added products. ​





  • Reduce overall logistics costs, whilst improving sales for current and new customers. ​





  • Work closely with each office across Morocco and use all available resources to transfer knowledge about potential clients. ​





  • Maintain customer relationships throughout their contract to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, or issuance of a new RFQ. ​





  • Develop SOP’s for strategic accounts in association with top management to detail all processes, structures, capturing of customer-identified KPI’s.​







Requirements:



  • Requires BA/BS Degree

  • Prefer 12+ years successful  sales experience ,transportation industry, service solution sales, or international sales experience highly preferred

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Perform varied aspects of the sales process and input, update, and maintain all relevant activities.

  • Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
