Your Profile:

Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Logistics field or equivalent Experience: 4 years experience in similar area English: Fluent

Main Tasks:

Task Detailed description of main activities Primarily responsible of all import and export operations Receiving arriving information from suppliers or from stock control
Receiving shipping documents and ensuring the complete information to guaranties the excellence of all operations
Preparing customs clearance Based on the suppliers information
Checking the transport processes from the origin to the final destination. Define and manage the hulier claims Following the claims of damage or loss of Material
Follow GQRS claims with Service providers
Implementing Lean activities Providing supervision Establishing and Follow- planning management of loading / unloading Global responsabilities The coordinator is responsible for missions of management of import and export flows risk KPI Management reporting Ensuring the monthly transportation reports
Ensuring the monthly premium cost reports
Collect data about inbound trailers density and activate action plans to improve the Truck density
Prepare End Month Closure for imports flows
Ensure the monotoring of KPI's People management Promoting the working spirit of the team
Training up the team memebers to acheive the company's requirements
Evluating the performance and the discipline of the team
Following the ISO TS requirements Health and Safety and NYS and ISO TS reuqirements insurance and NYS Separating the wasre in the defined way
Using the protective equipments which have been defined as as result of risk assessment study
Obeying the health & Safety rules, giving information for accidents and potential nonconformance
