We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our beautiful Resort!



The People & Culture (P&C) Manager reports to the Director of People & Culture.


THE POSITION



Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, it is the mission and intent of this position to take responsibility for all aspects of People & Culture functions, from daily operations, P&C administration, talent acquisition, internal & external communication, colleague relations activities, and support full spectrum of People & Culture services.



The successful candidate will be a key facilitator for colleague engagement and colleague wellbeing and a true ambassador of our MOHG culture and winning behaviors.



As P&C Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:




  • Supporting, developing, implementing, and adhere to corporate & hotel People & Culture policies and procedures

  • Understanding and assisting the Director of People & Culture in the preparation of the hotel People & Culture Budget and Strategy in line with the Hotel Strategic & Business Plan

  • Managing all vacancies and recruitment function, in line with budget requirements, reviewing where necessary in line with operational needs

  • Providing specialized People & Culture support (coaching, counselling, performance management etc.) to Department Heads and colleagues to achieve the hotel strategic business objectives 

  • Managing all employees’ procedures with regard to starters, transfers, promotions and variations plus leavers 

  • Ensuring that all People & Culture administration procedures are carried out in accordance with hotel and legal requirements and with compliance to relevant local labor laws

  • Completing day to day personnel administration in response to requests and action plans 

  • Managing and administrating disciplinary procedures in conjunction with the Director of People & Culture

  • Managing effective employees’ relations regarding employee welfare, health, hygiene, and safety are well maintained 

  • Keep abreast of newest trends and innovations in the marketplace, be aware of competitors, and suggest adjustments or new projects

  • Overseeing the day-to-day People & Culture operations and the workflow of the department 

  • Represent the Director of People & Culture in his/her absence

As People & Culture Manager, we expect from you:   




  • Vocational Training in Human Resources. 3 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality

  • Very good MS Office knowledge and IT skills; Knowledge of “Workday” system would be advantageous  

  • Discrete, loyal and reliable 

  • Approachable, open-minded and fair 

  • Effective time management, communication, and professional presentation skills

  • Must possess excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and balance the priorities of the position

  • Quality driven with a passion for excellence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
