Centrale Danone is recruiting its new IBC Manager in Casablanca.


The main mission will be to Lead Brand Communications for Morrocco and North Africa (Egypt, Algeria).


Main Responsabilities


Integrated Brand Communications : 


  • Lead the development of all communications and content for global brands Danone, Danette and Activia for Morocco, Algeria and Egypt.
  • Using IBC planning process, as designed by Global IBC team, act as main point of contact for all stakeholders (local marketing teams, agencies, zone team) to ensure complete and on time delivery of all required campaigns and assets.
  • Aim to upgrade the quality of our creatives for more breakthrough impact, in line with brand briefs.

Impact on Business Results :


  • Insight based impactful campaigns, with right media support, will drive topline growth – volume, value and share.
  • More effective and efficient content production, better working / non-working ratios.

Managerial Complexity :


  • High, with team and variety of stakeholders across zone, CBUs, agencies and global teams.

KEY DELIVERABLES


  • All campaign elements, including executional content, as per CBU briefs and timing requirements.
  • Proper timeline management (from annual scoping and planning to briefs to delivery)
  • Proper budget management (production budget at zone level, with allocations per CBUs)
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement with agency partners and client CBUs

Profile requirements


  • 8+ years experience in Marketing, strong experience in Creative development & ideally within multiple markets.
  • Fluency in English & strong stakeholder management skills.
