Mission:
As an Identity & Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing systems and processes related to identity and access management within the organization. Your mission will involve designing, deploying, and managing technical solutions to control and secure access to the company's IT resources. You will be tasked with defining and enforcing authentication, authorization, and identity management policies, ensuring they adhere to security standards and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent management of identities and access across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring trends and developments in identity and access management, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in this critical area of IT security.
Description:
Level: Crucial:
- Manage shared resources on NAS (Network Attached Storage).
- Administer accounts and groups on Active Directory.
- Administer server administrator accounts.
- Manage user/shared mailboxes on Global Email & Office 365.
- Maintain employee records on the group directory.
- Manage GIR (Group Identity Registry) communities.
- Handling service requests related to access management operating within established guidelines and in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handling incidents related to access issues operating within established guidelines and in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in projects aimed at updating internal regulations and work tools.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain service accounts.
- Administer application accounts.
- Handle CyberARK support accounts.
Level: Important:
- Participate in the monthly dashboard for incident and access requests.
- Produce a management dashboard for requests and incidents.
- Provide monthly analysis of service level trends.
Votre ProfilQualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +4/5), with 2 years of experience.
Certification: ITIL certification would be desirable but is not essential.
Overall work experience in the field: Professional experience as a system administrator is required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Fluent in English (oral and written)and French
- Proficient in environments: WINDOWS 10 & Server
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Proficient in Office 365 & AZURE Active Directory
- Proficient in Powershell
- Experience in business applications is a plus
- Experience in programming/scripting is a plus
