About the role :


Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant perform administrative duties supporting the Food & Beverage and Kitchen Division of the hotel.


What you will do :


  • To provide a day-to-day support in Kitchen department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
  • Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards.
  • Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Taking minutes of meetings as required
  • Assisting kitchen team in daily schedule
  • Updating employee’s schedule and payroll processing
  • Printing and maintaining BEOs up to date for the kitchens and banquet operations. Follow the revisions and modifications.
  • Keeping the HACCP documents up to date the same as helping with documentation for ECOSURE or similar
  • Capturing requisitions and orders in Birchstreet
  • Printing restaurant’s menu, updating the files as necessary, creating special menus.
  • Maintaining and organizing consumables and office supplies for the team
  • Assisting in all kitchen admin related.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Organize meeting and maintain minute of internal/external meetings
  • Administratively assist in the operating equipment inventory
  • Assist in phone coverage with other departments.
  • Assist in making restaurant reservations inquires.

What you bring


  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • High level of spoken and written English skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
