They are currently seeking a talented and experienced TikTok Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for creating engaging content and driving brand growth through strategic social media efforts. You will be working on three distinct consumer product brands.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain detailed content calendars for three consumer product brands, ensuring consistent and strategic posting schedules.
Brand Positioning and Strategy: Devise and implement brand positioning and organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Multi-Platform Posting: Manage and execute posting across various social media platforms, ensuring content is tailored to each platform's audience.
Creative Caption Writing: Write compelling and creative captions that align with each brand's voice and resonate with the audience.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphical and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut. Must have an iPhone or camera to film content. Products will be shipped to you for photos and short videos.
Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Leverage experience in direct-to-consumer marketing to drive engagement and sales through social media efforts.
Community Management: Actively respond to direct messages and comments, fostering a positive and engaging community around the brands.
Analytics Updates: Regularly provide analytics updates on social media accounts, tracking performance metrics and providing insights.
Trend Identification: Identify and share trends, creating content that aligns with trending topics and enhances brand relevance.
UGC Outreach: Conduct outreach to micro-influencers for user-generated content, providing them with messages and affiliate links.
Content Production Volume: Produce an estimated 10 new pieces of content per week per brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:Proven experience in social media management, particularly in direct-to-consumer marketing.
Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in using Canva and CapCut for creating engaging graphical and video content. Must have an iPhone or camera for content creation.
Creative Writing: Strong ability to write creative and engaging captions that align with brand messaging.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Time Zone:Availability to work in EST.
