Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Executive Assistant & Cold Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team while also spearheading cold outreach initiatives to potential clients and partners. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

• Cold Outreach Coordination:

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Craft personalized cold emails and outreach strategies to engage with target audiences.
• Maintain and update the outreach database, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with company branding and messaging.
• Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience in cold outreach or sales is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
