The American School of Benguerir is seeking a passionate and qualified K-12 Arabic Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Arabic language and culture, with the ability to teach students across different grade levels effectively.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational best practices.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and implementation.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community beyond the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience teaching Arabic language at the K-12 level, with a strong grasp of pedagogical strategies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- International school experience is a plus
