What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

To work in the Morocco Casablanca factory of Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products

Job :

• Develop effective forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Propose and implement solutions to improve the accuracy of demand forecasts.

• Successfully communicate inventory forecasts and estimates to management.

• Monitor and report significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies.

• Perform maintenance of monthly forecasts.

• Resolve demand issues quickly and efficiently.

• Analyze sales, inventory and other data statistics

• Model data to predict future demands

• Coordinate transversal research activities to reconcile significant gaps

• Interact with sales, marketing and finance to identify demand forecasting factors



What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business School) in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
