Sales & Business Development Manager

Norm Holding, a leading company in the fasteners industry for 50 years, aims to enhance it’s current success to become a "Global Leader" in the field. We are aware that achieving this goal as Norm Holding requires a competent team, specialized expertise, professionalism, a dynamic approach, and strong leadership qualities.


To achieve our goal, we are seeking a "Sales & Business Development Manager" for Norm Holding's new warehouse investment in Morocco, which will be added to our global network of 16 logistics centers. The candidate must possess the following qualifications.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or related majors,
  • Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in automotive industry,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Quality Management System Standards, particulary ISO 9001 and IATF 16949,
  • Ability to manage different functions and and see the big picture,
  • Exceptional leadership qualifications to efficiently manage and motivate teams
  • Sharp decision-making and problem-solving skills,
  • Proficient in French and English,
  • Living in Morocco.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continious search for new OEMs and Tier1 companies accourding to the market reports which processed by Business developer and/or informations received rom HQ,
  • Business development activities with current customers,
  • Preparing weekly activity report, market check&competitor check,
  • Preparing the market report for Morocco (OEMs, production quantities, new models and news etc),
  • Preparing customer reports including ups and downs and preparing an action plan and following monthly or quarterly basis,
  • Sending offers to customers and gathering feedback regarding the offers(price decisions will make with the synergy of HQ and Business Developer),
  • Sales Budget creation for Norm Fasteners Morocco in yearly basis,
  • Responsible for monthly order forecasting,
  • Presenting the product groups in charge to customers,
  • Following the sales conditions of competitor companies with comparing prices and inform HQ in regular basis,
  • Following the customers’ current liabilities and collecting them monthly&quarterly basis,
  • Ensuring that collected payments reach the headquarters, following & finalyzing unpaid invoices in paralel with the colleague in HQ.
