We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting our team, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As part of our expansion, we have taken on a leading international fintech project and are eager to find motivated professionals who are committed to self-improvement and willing to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress and contribute to the project's success.

Your key responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact between the company and HR outsourcing vendors, monitoring the quality and effectiveness of services provided; Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers; Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Collect feedback from employees at all levels, analyze survey results, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement; Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify trends. Compile and report on exit interview data, suggesting improvements to enhance employee retention; Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and liaise with external vendors as needed. Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements; Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a collaborative and positive team culture. Work closely with management to align activities with company values and goals; Provide administrative support to the HR department, handling HR-related inquiries, and assisting with HR projects to ensure a positive and productive work environment; Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity;

What we're looking for:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; Fluency in English and French/Arabic is highly preferred; Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily task
