Join our vibrant international team of 500 people across 15 different cities worldwide.We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Website Administrator to develop and manage our website, landing pages and blog. This is a very important position as our website is one of our key communication channels for our 700k clients across 130 countries. A successful Website Administrator is a detail-oriented professional who can adapt to changing priorities and new technologies. In this position, you will work independently and as a part of a team with designers, developers, content creators, and various department representatives to maintain consistency and accuracy across our digital channels.

Your key responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain web pages, landing pages, and blogs within the company's content management system (CMS);
Work with designers and IT developers on the creation of new pages and website improvements;
Coordinate and track tasks for the Translations department;
Consult the company's employees and partners on website-related matters;
Adding and updating documents in the system;
Maintaining active and deleted pages lists;
Proactively participate in efforts to improve the quality and consistency of website content, layout, and design;
Work with the Translations department and the Marketing & PR department, and various department representatives on creating a consistent experience across all company web pages;
Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with content management systems;
Strong sense of commitment and superior attention to detail;
Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
Good understanding of UI/UX;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
Ability to coordinate and execute in a highly dynamic environment;
A passion for suggesting ideas for improvement;
Self-motivated to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams;
Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of Bootstrap;
Knowledge of localization systems;
Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO.
