Job Summary

As a collection manager, you will be responsible for collection in one of our main cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier) where you will manage 5-10 supervisors and around 30-70 agents in one of the cities and you will be responsible for achieving 25 Million - 100 Million MAD / Month.

Responsibilities

  • Managerial Part:
    • Source, Interview, Hire, and ensure that supervisors are well onboarded to their responsibilities.
    • Set the promotion plan for agents to be supervisors in the future in collaboration with the HR team.
    • Support supervisors to hire and replace churned agents.
    • Support the Head of Sales or Market Launcher in setting the right incentives for Collection Agents and Sales Supervisors.
    • You will be responsible for agents' and supervisors' retention rates.
  • Technical Part:
    • You will be responsible for achieving specific monthly retailers acquisitions, active base, collections and TPV (total payment value).
    • You will be responsible for expanding to new territories within your city.
    • Follow up on the daily dispatching, collection, acquisition, and depositing operations.
    • Set the process to ensure that our sales pitch, collection process, and deposit are followed in his City.
Qualifications

  • Own a Vehicle,
  • Bac+4/5 and minimum of 3 years of experience on ground,
  • Ability to work from 11 am to 8 pm, Friday & Saturday off.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills,
