- Experience: 2-3 year of relevant professional experience.

Detailed description of main activities% of total working time spent on this task (optional)Production Planning and Scheduling• To receive the customers order forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence.
• Generate weekly Production Plans based on schedule levelling principle,
• Arrange Shipping always meet customers order request and keep a stable level safety stock in SC
• Control monthly inventory to meet target and avoid any dead stock at YMO responsible30% Analysis for order information• Share the EDI variance with key departments for all change on the Forecast, to adjust the production schedule and goods shipping schedule.
• Review customer orders to verify the production plans, identify and highlight capacity gaps between production capability and customers requirement, in order provide the options for Management Team to make further decision.20%Communicate with customer/Service Centre• Schedule weekly meting to involve all open points
• Communicate with Service Centre for any non forecast order / pull forward or increase order
• Communicate with Service Centre to get an accuracy inventory data of Service Centre,
• Documentation all the premium 20%Planning's KPIs and delivery performance • Analysis of data Result, to ensure that trends and expectations, are analyzed and highlighted in proactive manner.
• put in place the corrective action to improve the planning KPIs
• Monitor delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed. 5%production planning control and Adjustment• Release planned order according to production plan
•Analysis the achievements and highlight each deviation via daily achievement report.
• Ensure system integrity on SAP & EWB (Master DATA, Product Group selection, ..)
• Adjust MPS into EWB & SAP system timely, eliminate the potential risk for production capacity and materials supply crisis.
• Prepare the summary of the project events and share the MPS report (add on the loop CSC, plant & SAF)10%ECN and Customer release • Keep all related persons informed about order fluctuation
• Follow the balance out procedure to ensure the Ramp up/Down as requested
• Control FG inventory to avoid any dead stock15%
