We are looking for technology game changers to lead Stellantis into a fundamental transformation within the automotive industry. Technology is going to disrupt the automotive industry significantly in the next decade and our organization is seeking high potential candidates to transform the company with a focus on the customer experience. Stellantis’ Software Organization (SWX) was created to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the qualification plan for the component (EI validation, tripartite meetings coordination).
  • Collaborate with Supplier Development (SD) and the supplier to draft and align the Part Control Plan (PCP).
  • Facilitate mechanical reviews (2D and 3D plans), hardware, and software.
  • Oversee activities with the FNR and lead technical meetings.
  • Track the project throughout the V-cycle.
  • Manage the planning convergence for the deliveries of the component to align with customer projects.
  • Drive quality convergence, defect resolution, and ensure indicator tracking.
  • Streamline deployments to optimize operational activities and minimize factory disruptions.
  • Manage the implementation of the validation plan for the STLA component and the supplier (Design Validation and Process Validation).
  • Coordinate with other software teams and non-software departments for design choices and validation.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of embedded functions in the vehicle.
  • Coordinate the validation process and officialization of calibrations and coding files in collaboration with Stellantis service companies.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the component by adhering to FNR guidelines, drafting the Interface Specification, and leading implementation meetings.
  • Oversee subcontracting activities within your scope.
  • Edit and maintain the reference framework describing the processes to be followed.
  • Maintain the operational dashboard.
  • Participate in training new employees.
  • Be the point of contact for the factory and after-sales within your domain of expertise.
  • Interface with the supplier and participate in FNR visits to PSA sites.



Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Electronics / Embedded Software Design or EE Systems Design
  • Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in design or electronics
  • Proficiency in English is required
