Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries through various channels such as inbound phone, email, live chat, ticketing system, etc
  • Offering detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Work in a service desk setting involving spoken and written communication in French
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Other language-related tasks as may be defined and assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role (1 year minimum)
  • Good English and French communication skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed

Position Details:

This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from September 2024 - March 2025. (Please note that we offer long-term opportunities for agents based on interest and performance.)
