iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager in our Communications & CSR team you’ll work closely with the Africa Head of Communications & CSR to implement communications (Internal/External) & CSR strategy action plan, especially in Morocco, Tunisia and African countries, and also regularly report to the MCO Head of Communications & CSR.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Pharma & vaccines Business Units in their internal & external communications & event strategy/actions.
  • Editorial and/or Digital management: define and implement the content strategy for corporate websites, Twitter account, Yammer and similar, in alignment with communication objectives and key audiences.
  • Write original and relevant content which can take different formats (e.g. slide deck, corporate, business and internal presentations, speeches, social media posts, videos, scripts, questionings, press releases, internal & external statements, Q&A, etc.).
  • Develop and implement innovative and impactful formats (digital & event) to engage with various internal and external audiences.
  • Manage external communications & PR agencies (briefings, follow ups, invoices and similar).
  • Work closely with People & Culture department for employee’s engagement communications.
  • Organize internal & external events (e.g. Family Day, townhall meetings, sport competitions or similar).

About You

Experience:

  • Experience in marketing and communications, digital or media relations would be a great asset.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Confidence and know-how to guide communication activities.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong affinity to new digital channels, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: a strong collaborator and problem-solver, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and to cooperate seamlessly with people at different levels of an organization.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and/or life science industry is beneficial.
  • Great interest for understanding the execution of the corporate strategy, the inside dynamics and big picture of a global organization while keeping an operational mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with advanced listening and organizational skills.
  • Open minded and ready to discover new cultures.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree ideally in Communications, Marketing and Public Relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and French language.
