Job description:

We are looking for an HR Manager contribute to various aspects of HR management, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a positive work environment in Casablanca, Morocco. You will work with the leading manufacturer of technology solutions in the world and master your skills.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:

  • Suggest improvements and best practices including, but not limited to: employer branding; company benefits package; HR processes and policies; initiatives to boost employee well-being and engagement.
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with all HR Policies.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation and all company benefits.
  • Review insurance contract terms and improve processes, including changing local brokers and negotiating better options and rates.
  • Implement local engagement activities such as events, team-building exercises, and employee gifts.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formats.
  • Collect work tools and oversee the clearance process for departing employees.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labour regulations and compliance requirements.
