now for the position of Project Manager – Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging,
and you will be responsible to design, develop and manage customer projects,
according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer
requirements, and with responsibility for economic, quality, and execution time
results, that will be based in Casablanca, Morocco
Your role:
- Provide the necessary drawing and
feasibility Studies based on customers' targets and requirements in
coordination with sales team. - Consults with customers and their
representatives on technical solutions. - Involve and guide internal
suppliers in the costing of required works according to customer need. - Participation in tenders and
public consultations. - Execute site visits in order to
provide feasibility and drawings. - Project planning, reporting and
controlling: Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on
allocation of resources. maintaining budget and PM siemens procedures ensuring
high quality as well as high customer satisfaction. - Monitors milestone and adherence
to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost. - Drive risk Management procedures
and initiate action plans to reduce risks. - Document internal and external
communications, plannings, engagements and responsibilities of all concerned
stakeholders - Maintains constant communication
and satisfaction of customers. - Adheres to PM standards and
Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, preparation
of authorizations). - Coordinate with all internal
contacts in order to share visibility on projects and to maintain customers'
satisfaction.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in
engineering (Bac+5), and related field. - Minimum 4-5 years of proven
experience in a similar role as a project manager. - Previous experience in the
Healthcare Sector is highly advantageous. - Excellent English and French
written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of radiation
protection regulations. - Experience in managing projects in
a high-tech or construction environment. - Ability to read architectural
drawings. - Basic Auto Cad software knowledge
for reading/interpreting drawings.
