Your profile:

Level of studies: Bachelor's degree in Purchasing or equivalent
Experience: 2 years min in similar area
Language: Fluent in English

Main Tasks:

Task Detailed description of main activities Procedures and reporting Follow the purchasing department procedures and rules projects administrative support • Ensure valid purchase condition availability in ASL for components not in development
• Report the Purchasing project status for reporting to Supply Management reviews
• send all E.RFQ to suppliers for new components not in development
• coordonne all activities to insure last BOM availability in ASL for all PSA project
• Repport ECR’s and e-RFQ’s status for
• prepare with the team the Fonctionnal Review slide Manager administrative support • prepare and Report each month for the MRM the Supply Management Savings in define format
• repport suplier price to price performance for main suppliers Suppliers interface • Lead capacity forecast to suppliers for all project
