Job Role: Key Account Manager – Africa
Reporting To – Regional Sales Manager, Africa
Scope of Management – North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Senegal etc.)

Primary Purpose Of The Position
•Executing sales, proposing distribution and value proposition for the assigned key strategic areas in line with business model and strategy. Monitoring and focusing on objectives and results of the key strategic areas.
•Manage every aspect of the chosen key strategic areas - maximizing and continuously improving the profitable return and customer satisfaction through managing and developing sell-in, sell-out, logistics, ordering, fleet, marketing, education & training.
•Developing relationships with customers and providing feedback to the organization on market changes.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
•Identifying new sales opportunities and customer development.
•Propose credit limit for assigned key strategic areas and follow up on past dues.
•Prepare and deploy annual business plans for all key strategic areas using all available tools and resources in order to create a winning partnership and added value offering.
•Provide accurate input for demand planning and coordinate with CS to ensure the best possible deliveries.
•Organize product presentations, and promotional events and actively promote the brands and the name of the organization for the key strategic areas.
•Identify, prevent, and act to market trends and changes identifying opportunities and threats.
•Provide training and cooperation to key strategic areas' sales and marketing persons.
•Manage sales, marketing, and technical activities in the relevant markets. Act and liaise for Consumer field sales.
•Understand demand from the field and act/react upon it through. Follow up on supply chain activities, align with sources on demand and allocation and communicate with distributors.
•Support consumer PBU activities and liaise with the field to manage internal processes .
•Grow corporate market position by developing a user "pull through" territory and a strong dealer network.

Requirements
•University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
•Sales experience in FMCG with channel sales experience, tire experience desired.
•Experience in customer relationship management managing an assigned area/region.
•Excellent English, Arabic, and French preferred.
