What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Carry out their work effectively and efficiently in their own fields of activity in order to achieve the department and individual targets determined within the framework of the organization's basic purpose and strategic goals, to ensure personal development by following professional and technical developments.
• Contribute to the establishment and realization of department targets.
• Carry out the process of increasing, monitoring and evaluating supplier quality performance, to follow corrective activities.
• Support production departments to produce products and semi-products in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage SAP QM processes.
• Ensure that the existing laboratory devices in the organization operate healthily, to contact the relevant companies in case of malfunction and to make them operational, to follow up their calibrations and to ensure that they are done on time.
• Conduct research on laboratory devices that need to be purchased for laboratories to provide the necessary technical support for their purchase.
• Make the necessary analysis and preliminary preparations for the development and adaptation of new test methods and measurement methods.
• Ensure the execution and development of the process from the design stage to production and quality control in promotional production.
• Manage the TSE product certification process.
• Implement the responsibilities included in the Management System Responsibilities Instruction.
• Investigating and addressing defects or deviations from quality standards, including root cause analysis.
• Maintaining quality documentation, such as test results and inspection reports.
• Customer Complaint Management.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and maintain high-quality input materials.
• Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and any deviations from standards.
• Ensure that production meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Grasduate from Chemistry or related departments
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
• Mastery of production management software and statistical tools
• Advanced level of English and French
• With a minimum of 2 year of quailty experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Production company experience
