Business Development Representative

Our client is a leading provider of financial solutions, seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their team. This role involves handling a large volume of calls, screening and qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM - 7 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Calling: Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest.
  • Lead Screening and Qualification: Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria.
  • Dialer Utilization: Use Kixie or similar dialer systems to streamline call processes and improve efficiency.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, to track lead progress and follow-ups.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities.

  • Effective Lead Generation: Successfully handle a large volume of calls, leading to a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Efficient Lead Management: Screen and qualify leads effectively, ensuring high-quality prospects enter the sales pipeline.
  • Proactive Follow-Ups: Demonstrate diligence in following up with leads and opportunities, contributing to successful conversions and sales growth.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track lead activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • Calling Experience: Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and effectively qualifying leads.
  • Dialer Proficiency: Experience using dialer systems like Kixie or similar tools.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing lead and opportunity data.
  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively.
  • Motivated Attitude: Demonstrated motivation, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude towards achieving sales goals and driving performance.
