Sales Development Representative

Our client is an innovative company specializing in premium DTC e-commerce and wholesale solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated and driven Apparel and Intimates Sales Development Representative to spearhead outreach efforts, build sales lists, and conduct market research. Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Management: Conduct outreach through various channels including emails, calls, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  • Sales Lists Development: Build and maintain targeted sales outreach lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance for effective lead generation. Ideal for professionals with an extensive wholesale network.
  • Market Research: Perform market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and support sales strategies, including social media sales development.
  • Client Engagement: Utilize a consultative approach to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
  • Language Skills: Leverage fluency in English, with additional language skills in Spanish or French being advantageous, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and hunger for success, consistently pursuing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Self-motivation is key to success in this role.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Effective Outreach: Successfully manage outreach efforts across networks, emails, calls, and LinkedIn, leading to high engagement rates and quality lead generation.
  • Accurate Sales Lists: Develop and maintain accurate and targeted sales outreach lists that drive effective lead generation.
  • Insightful Market Research: Conduct thorough market research that supports strategic sales initiatives and uncovers new opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Engage potential clients effectively, leading to successful lead qualification and secure sales.
  • Motivated Performance: Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and drive, achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to scaled business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Language Fluency: Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Spanish or French being advantageous.
  • Experience: Experience in DTC e-commerce or wholesale environments is preferred, with prior US experience highly valued.
  • Outreach Skills: Proven ability to handle outreach through various channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Research Skills: Strong market research skills with the ability to build targeted sales lists.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrated self-motivation, hunger for success, and ability to work independently.
  • Apparel and Fashion Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales within the apparel or fashion industry is required. Familiarity with market trends, customer behavior, and product cycles is essential.
