Creative Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Manager with a proven track record in creative development for Meta Ads, email/text marketing campaigns, landing pages, and more. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities:

Creative Brief Development:

  • Develop comprehensive and clear creative briefs that outline project goals, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables.
  • Translate complex client needs and market research into actionable and inspiring creative directions.
  • Ensure briefs are aligned with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and creative best practices.

Content Creation:

  • Design and develop visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Create and edit animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design.

Meta Ads Creative Development:

  • Test-and-Learn Strategy: Implement and manage a test-and-learn approach for design and copywriting to ensure a consistent flow of new options for Meta specialists, aiming to increase appointment bookings and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Video Production and Editing: Create and edit high-quality video content for Meta ads, using advanced techniques to produce engaging and visually compelling materials aligned with campaign goals.
  • Storytelling and Copywriting: Develop persuasive narratives and write effective ad copy for Meta platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and advertising guidelines.
  • Meta Ads Strategy and Optimization: Design and implement creative strategies for Meta ad campaigns, analyze performance data to refine content, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all creative initiatives, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.

We’re Looking For:

  • Visionary Executor: Documented experience blending big-picture campaigns and content creation with the tactical precision to bring big projects to execution quickly.
  • Creative Orchestrator/Program Manager: Strong ability to make order out of chaos, figure out how to make things work, and lead others in the process.
  • Creative Innovator: Background in large-scale, revenue-driving creative roles, with tactical knowledge of Canva Templates, video, and experimentation in Meta (copy/video ads).
  • Revenue & Impact: Proven experience in local promotion campaigns, retention/re-engagement, and nurturing campaigns that drove 4x+ performance.
  • Leader & Team Collaborator: Experience managing offshore staff effectively, working well across teams, and with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative development, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including MedSpas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
