Purpose of the Job

To achieve sustainable financial growth of net new and existing customer by developing relationships and interest in Aramex solution based of customers’ requirements and to regain the inactive customers as well as maintaining and developing low revenue customers.





Job Description

  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with customers and ensure best practices to meet customer needs and expectations to capitalize on growth.

  • Understand and analyze the customers’ business objectives to build a proper profile and to act as a consultant for customers’ business strategy.

  • Present solutions to customer, demonstrating values for business and goal alignment.

  • Identify and develop effective relationships within targeted customer organizations to ensure maximum leverage for the company.

  • Continuously monitor and provide management with regular feedback about market trends and competitor activities.

  • Dealing with Competition.

  • Locating new customers and brief them about the products and services.

  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with data security policies in the company.

  • Analyze customers’ performance to increase their growth and production.

  • Increase cross selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Analyze stopped clients to find solution to regain their business.

  • Follow up on top customers’ unresolved requests and ensure resolving pending problems.

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.

  • Generate and nurture leads in co-ordinate with vertical marketing and field marketing activities that will help generate targeted new revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Account Manager to create seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

  • Discover target markets and advantages of other companies.




Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.

  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge to effectively understand and address customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions and build rapport with customers.

  • Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
