Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
Build the new consumer trends
Find out consumer insight from usage & attribute consumer research.
Collect & analyze data about market dynamic, competitors activities, internal data.
Creative idea, get approve & execute it.
Build marketing strategy & marketing plan
Set up marketing objective/strategy to in line business objectives
Collect and analyze competitors’ activities, performances & internal data.
Understand market feedback about the brand and marketing activities.
Develop marketing activities to ensure effective and suitable with each objective and period.
Develop & control marketing activities
Develop new product concept, packaging design & launching plan.
Collect data & analyze internal & competitors price to support the new price strategy.
Develop communication plan to build & sustain brand image
Design all POSM for sale, B2B, consumers.
Lead & work closely with relative departments to ensure the highest quality & timeline of project.
Control & manage agencies to design & product TVC, key visual, print ad, catalog, build online & on-ground activities.
Control & manage supplier to product packaging on time with highest quality.
Prepare the sales brief.
Manage, supervise & control marketing activities to gone smoothly & on time.
Apply compliance policies in internal & with government.
Trade visit to collect consumer feedbacks & competitors information.
Review marketing plan & monitor competitors activities.
Campaign measurement & evaluation report.
Budget Management
Estimate monthly/yearly marketing and expenditure.
Manage and spend MKT expense right time and effective within approval budget.
Organize and develop staff
Develop and training staffs, responsible for career advancement for team member
Responsible for career advancement for team member

Graduated from University with major in Marketing/Economic/Trade
Job specific requirements:
5-7 years of experience in brand marketing in FMCG.
Experience in team management by doing develop brand and marketing activity project: ATL, BTL, NPDs, Innovation, Promotion
