We are looking for a “APSCA Social Auditor” to join our team in Morocco with the following qualifications. 

Responsabilités

• Implements accurate, objective, and high quality social compliance audits by following all requirements related with local labour laws, client specific procedures and/or audit programs.
• Verify and document evidence of compliance and non-compliance. Write comprehensive reports on the audit findings.
• Participate in audit meetings and processes.
• Comply with internal and external safety rules, including the proper use of safety equipment, as they apply to the job.
• Carrying out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with total adherence to: The Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures, Quality Management System, Compliance and Ethics Policies, Vision, Mission and Strategy, and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• Engineer or Master's degree in Audit, Health, Safety, and Environment, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is a must.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a social auditor.
• APSCA License is advantageous.
• High level of analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to control and manage time effectively during audits.
• Observant and vigilant and ability to identify fraudulent activities and practices.
