NWA&I Category Manager will join the SEMA Supplies Market Category Team. The team is responsible for Supplies 4Ps and P&L Management of the complex market Southern Europe and Middle East & Africa (overall 79 countries, more than 1 billion ST a year). This market brings great growing opportunities for the new category manager.

We are searching for a Supplies Category Manager who will be responsible for the NWA&I geography. The role is responsible for product line management and contribution to defining business plans and development initiatives. The role collaborates with different connecting functions for seamless execution and monitors KPIs to identify improvement areas. The role demonstrates a broad understanding of product categories, gathers customer feedback, and builds relationships with partners.

While the role’s key responsibilities have a clear country focus for Northwest Africa, it will be required to participate in market projects, bring best GEO insights and knowledge consistently across SEMA.

RTM focus: Commercial channel, End User and Retail Channel

Connecting functions: Marketing, Channel sales, Print HW, End User, legal, Distribution, Sales Operations

Supplies Category Manager Key Responsibilities

  • 4Ps Management. Drive Supplies product life cycle (NPI / EOL). Lead Product RTM strategy and align communication needs with marketing.
  • P&L Management: Forecasting, planning (quarter, annual and long term), delivering financial & operational metrics. Contra management and approver at partner level.
  • Lead key initiatives to drive Market share in cluster.
  • Frontline Supplies Champion – Share Supplies value proposition internally to all connecting functions and externally to channel partners and Extended Sales Force.
  • Lead transformation projects in NWA&I.

Education And Experience Required

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, business analytics or / any related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management knowledge.
