The Position

The Opportunity


The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining SHE management systems, ensuring compliance with local and corporate safety regulations, and promoting a safe working environment. Additionally, the partner provides operational support, improving processes and facilitating smooth operations across teams.


Main Responsibilities


- Responsibility for establishing, leading and delivering SHE management systems (incl. organization, documentation, goals and performance management, audits, training awareness, communication, incident and emergency management, fire protection, security management, operational safety, environment, SHE business partner's management, product stewardship, etc.)
- Promote SHE and Site Security in the company based on local / Group Roche SHE objectives and goals. Ensure a safe environment for employees
- Communicate local and corporate SHE and Site Security requirements within the site and help to ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance with local legal SHE legislation and regulations, with Roche SHE directives and provisions, Roche Security requirements (K19), processes and policies so company, employees and customers are  kept safe and secure
- Ensure regular communication of SHE related information, manage regular communication with Group SHE team
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of diagnostics division activities. This position is responsible for providing operational/administrative support to the operations teams, assisting with process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.  


Who you are
- You hold a university degree (preferably from engineering faculty)
- You have more than 5 years in SHE Management role  
- You have a strong command of English (spoken and written)
- You have strong project and change management skills
- You have a substantial experience working with diverse senior leaders in a matrix and multi-cultural environment
