Job Description
The Internal Control System Auditor is responsible for conducting ICS checks following established principles and instructions and according to defined schedule.
Responsibilities and tasks of the ICS Auditor include:
- Understand ICS Base Process in scope of the check in cooperation with the customer process owner and operations.
- Conduct ICS checks accurately in accordance with the latest work instructions, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and traceable documentation of the work performed.
- Report results and review measures when necessary.
- Validate proposed measures for corrective action and / or process improvement to ensure sustainability, with support of the specialist ICS auditor if required
- Track measure implementation
- Trigger escalation process, if required
In addition the specialist ICS auditor ensures that an up to date, correct and complete work instructions is available and approved by Process Owner
Qualifications
• University degree in Management Sciences, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Analytical mindset to assess the impact of internal and external factors on the business
• High desire to learn, develop and initiate change
• Familiarity with the Controlling, Accounting and Finance environment
• Interest in data management and data analytics
• High communication skills and ability to manage conflicts to act as a business partner
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially in MS Excel and VBA
• Fluency in English
