Finance Manager (Morocco) The Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager plays a crucial role within the organization, acting as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team. You will guide financial decision-making and performance management processes, contributing to the achievement of sustainable growth and organizational objectives. As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to shape financial strategies that support business goals. Key responsibilities include:

Driving the performance management process and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Guiding investment decisions to optimize market reach and revenue generation. Building strong relationships across functions, influencing stakeholders and ensuring effective communication. Developing and leading the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent development. Analyzing market dynamics and business functions to link financial impacts to organizational performance. Championing compliance and risk management to uphold internal controls and regulatory standards. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will challenge existing processes and foster innovation, ensuring that financial strategies are agile and responsive to market changes.

What you need is:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA/CA qualification is a plus. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a financial, consultancy, or auditing role within a multinational organization. Sound knowledge of local GAAP and tax regulations, Strong understanding of financial planning, , credit & collections, forecasting, and analysis, with evidence of strategic business partnership. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization. Proficiency in English & French, with effective communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly. A results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. Geographic flexibility and a strong desire to pursue an international career.
