We are looking for a detail-oriented Retirement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, mathematics, or audit, with excellent numerical and Excel skills. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using Excel
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial processes
- Collaborate with the team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Assist with financial audits as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French - English)
- Bachelor’s degree +5 in Finance, Mathematics, Audit, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced knowledge preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the Canadian pension system is a plus but not required
