Apply now for the position of Business Administration Professional for Indirect Africa (m/f) and you will be in charge of the installations of medical imaging equipment.

Your role:

  • Manage budget process: Revenue/ STC (MTA/MBR) (Templates preparation, Meetings with Sales team, Alignment with Zone, Data entry on PATH tool),
  • Manage forecast process: Revenue/ STC (Templates preparation, Meetings with Sales team, Alignment with Zone, Data entry on HOP),
  • Drive deal building & pricing,
  • Lead pricing topics internally (legal department, pricing excellence team, sales team) and with business partners (Regular updates, annual reviews, special requests, DA renewals),
  • Monthly cash collection monitoring in collaboration with credit management team and sales team/ Responsible for DX services cash collection (Installation and training) in local ARE.
  • Conduct and supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities (ICC invoicing, P&L analysis, Local purchase orders clean up),
  • Weekly business reporting’s,
  • Approve orders (Free Of Charge, Deals under special agreement, Sales Related Financing and special terms of payment),
  • SBA tasks related to DxAdmin pricing updates (Yearly and regular updates)/ Countries rollouts,
  • Customer local creation and services (Installation, Training) invoicing to Business Partners in 450T,
  • ISA contracts management (Budget preparation and discussion with local CFO/ Contract creation/ budget monitoring),
  • Monthly deals follow up (Rebates grant),
  • Sales related financing requests (Request creation in PEGGA tool and lead discussion with SFS analysts for Credit rating/ Treasury and legal departments).

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar position,
  • High energy level with a hands-on approach to support a fast paced, dynamic environment,
  • Analytical skills,
  • Good knowledge of English language,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, rigorous, dynamism, team spirit, availability, sense of responsibility and reliable.
