Recruiting Intern

Internship - 6 months


You will join the HR department for a six-month internship, having the chance to interact with several internal stakeholders, being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, promoting Evernex as employer of choice for top talents on the market.


The Talent Acquisition team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources jobs manage the life cycle - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility.


Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing CVs, scheduling and conducting phone screenings
  • Supporting the selection process and keeping contact with candidates
  • Partnering with the interviewers’ during recruiting rounds in order to ensure that the interview sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting rounds, providing an outstanding candidate experience;
  • Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process.
  • Providing punctual, qualitative and timely feedback to the candidates and follow-up until their starting date.
  • Making sure all the jobs are posted on the different job boards.
  • Recruitment related administration


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed or ongoing (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus);
  • Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Fluent in French and English
