Skillcheck :
- Engineer Diploma in Mechanical , Electrical , Civil , or equivalent.
- Desirable year experience.
- Electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills .
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with other departments.
Challengecheck :
- Monitor and watch over all activities related to the building in the field and make a daily report on its activity.
- Organizing and coordinating the technical, administrative, and financial execution of the work in the best conditions of quality, deadlines, and costs.
- Maintaining energy production equipment (air compressors, transformer stations, TGBT, generator sets, chilled water stations, etc.)
- Maintenance of the fire detection system, access control, and CCTV.
- Intervene for the restoration of any situation of the technical installations and participate in the preventive maintenance actions of the buildings.
- Follow up with service providers (cleaning, security guards, and gardening).
- Coordination and supervision of general average technicians present on shift schedule.
- Monitoring and implementation of layout changes and continuous improvement projects.
