About the Role


In the FMCG Sales and Brand Development Role, you will play a key part in driving the growth and visibility of our products. This position involves proactive sales efforts, including prospecting and building relationships with new customers through direct outreach and collaboration. You’ll ensure smooth operations by coordinating with partners for timely deliveries and handling repeat orders, all while contributing valuable feedback to enhance our offerings. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, excels at building client relationships, and is eager to make an impact in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.


Responsibilities


Lead Generation and Relationship Building

  • Prospect new customers through cold-calling, emails, door-to-door visits, and other outreach methods.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business.

Sales and Client Communication

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.

Operations Coordination

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve issues as needed.

Order Management and Client Retention

  • Follow up on orders and encourage repeat business to foster customer loyalty.

Product Improvement and Market Insights

  • Gather client feedback for product improvement and identify market trends to enhance offerings.



Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management


FMCG industry experience is not required but is a plus; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative.


Pay range and compensation package


Compensation is flexible and will be determined based on skills and experience.
