Purpose of the Job
Handle and support the tenders process for freight
Job Description
- Construction and preparation of complete tender documentation - commercial and technical proposals
- Prepare and implement pricing structure and mechanisms for freight
- Receive and assess Tenders requirements and coordinate with key stakeholders
- Handle global tenders received directly and Support stations / sales teams
- Register Aramex on tender’s business sites as an approved supplier to open new opportunities
- Prepare customized presentation to support sales visits and as per customers need
- Follow up with legal, give the go ahead to sign globally or locally If company is awarded the tender
- Act as a contact desk to prepare & send offers
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
