Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Tasks and responsibilities

 Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
 Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
 Increase motivation and work efficiency
 Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands with flexible organization
 Monitor dashboard of his KPI’s
 Develop talent of his collaborators
 Assist and act on capacity studies of customer volumes
 Insure that TEOA tools are used in shop floor everywhere

What your background should look like:

- Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Significant experience in the Automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of Wiring Harnesses production
- Team Management
- Good communication skills (English/French)
