Job Purpose
Provides administrative support to the Sales team in the assigned region; responds to requests such as group bookings, exceptions, waivers, rebates, etc. Assists in the APIs set-up, agreements, statements, as well as in the implementation of new related projects as per adopted procedures and in line with Company’s objectives.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and logistics support to the sales team in a timely manner and communicates any changes or updates in commercial operations as necessary.
- Handles Groups Bookings, Groups Series & Umrah/Hajj operations in the assigned region from reception until materialization.
- Provides customized dashboard & reports to Top Management & Sales Team according to the requirement.
- Assists in on-going/new projects and initiatives related to the Commercial Sales in the assigned region, this includes BSP (Billing Settlement Plan/IATA), new systems, new products such as check-in and Bus segment, and others: provides necessary information and follows up on implementation in the corresponding area.
- Provides on-going necessary support to the Commercial Team in the set-up of new destinations, this includes coordinating necessary arrangements related to contracts, LGs, systems set-up, training, logistics, etc.
- Supports the coordination of the OTA/ API integration process in the assigned region;
obtains all needed data, content and documentations for the initial set-up. Coordinates with Finance to process payments, User Accounts, Login credentials, etc.; follows up to rectify any problem when arises

- Assists in organizing sales promotion campaigns and FAM trips.
- Handles complementary, barter deal tickets and rebate tickets for sponsorships and commercial/marketing events, Travel agencies and other Airlines’ staff.
- Handles Off-load cases and provides B2B no show certificates, as well as the exceptions to re-book, cancel and refund tickets based on medical and death cases reports provided by passengers.
- Assists the sales team in modifications and cancellations (exceptions) made for travel agents or based on errors by staff throughout the network; supports the outstations with Group Bookings and arrangements (Business Class Lounge & Transit Hotels, etc.).
- Handles Ancillaries services requested after the cutover time.
- Coordinates with marketing department for updates related to POS & BTL in the assigned region as needed.
- Prepares presentations for workshops and proposals for meetings with potential and existing clients.

- Special events and launches: Assist with the planning and execution of product launch, events and seminars for agents and corporate clients
- Assists Sales team in generating incentive scheme and ensuring follow-up.
- Provides daily support in the assigned region: airport taxes activation & refund, modifications, cancellations, refunds, name modification, split reservations, Ancillaries management, password reset, definitive password creation, transfers, extend OHDs, OTP handling, system issues resolution, credit reactivation & validity extend, booking Cargo Airway bills,
- Creates new Accounts along with credentials, and deactivation when needed.
- Prepares Purchase requests, and Purchase orders, and coordinates with suppliers for purchases and inventory.
- Prepares B2B trade communication for any new products or new routes
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in administration/economics IT or equivalent, a relating diploma is acceptable.
- A certificate in Project Management (PMS) is an advantage.
- Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search. Advanced Excel and Access skills.
- Very good in English, French and Spanish
- Moroccan Nationality is a must
Work Experience
- 1-2 years of related sales experience in the service industry preferably in airlines.
- A good exposure to the Aviation operations and services is an advantage.
- Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Reasonable experience in project management handling more than one project simultaneously.
- Cost-oriented, possesses effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support company’s objectives.
- Product knowledge: capability of understanding market trends and challenging them leading to effective customer care solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.
