About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting various departments within the company in the efficient implementation of all HR end to end processes in alignment with the Group’s guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the elaboration of the annual recruitment plan in line with the Group’s process
  • Support line managers in the recruitment process for all open positions: Sourcing & Interviews
  • Prepare salary offers for new hires, in line with Group’s Reward guidelines.
  • Prepare and conduct the on-boarding for all new hires
  • Prepare an annual training agenda and ensure the implementation of planned actions
  • Manage work attendance monitoring system (absence, sickness, leave, etc)
  • Participate in ensuring a proper a payroll management and timely HR Administration in compliance with local labour law
  • Support the implementation of HR processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Ferrero’s performance management system.
  • Participate in different HR projects

Who we are looking for:

  • Master degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG Sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in using SAP Success Factor, is a plus.
