Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant on behalf of one of our partners, based in Casablanca.


Main Responsibilities:


  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organize business travel arrangements in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle administrative needs such as event planning, purchase order (PO) creation, and overall team support.
  1. Call Handling and Reception:
  • Answer phone calls professionally and route them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests; identify the purpose of their visit and guide or escort them to the relevant locations or individuals.
  1. Mail and Deliveries Management:
  • Receive incoming mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Distribute or deliver items to the intended recipients within the organization.
  1. Clerical and Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining updated documents.
  • Assist in managing invoices and tracking billing processes.
  1. Supply and Inventory Management:
  • Maintain office supply inventory by regularly checking stock levels.
  • Anticipate supply needs, place orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  1. Confidentiality and Security:
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of files, documents, and filing systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and structured environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in French is an asset.
