The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level :
- To Respect the service sequences.
- To respect Four Seasons standards according to our guests' expectations and preferences.
- Organize her day according to priorities and knowledge of the guests, with the help of the supervisor.
- Maintain her section (room allocation) in good condition.
- Use cleaning products appropriately for the different materials and surfaces to be cleaned.
- Adapting priorities according to the client's or Dispatch's request (internal service).
- Keeping an up-to-date room report for the day and checking that it is consistent (names of clients, bedtimes, departures, etc.)
