We are seeking an experienced IBM EGC/IKC Specialist to oversee the integration, configuration, and maintenance of IBM Enterprise Generation Control (EGC) and IBM Knowledge Center (IKC) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, addressing technical challenges, and optimizing workflows to meet business requirements effectively. 

• Location: Rabat/Casablanca 
• Contract Type: Freelance 
• Start Date: Asap 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Integrate, configure, and maintain IBM EGC and IBM IKC tools to align with business objectives. 
• Manage and monitor data flows, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency across systems. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customized solutions. 
• Optimize processes related to data and information workflows for better performance and reliability. 
• Document technical configurations, processes, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference. 
• Stay updated with IBM tools’ latest features and upgrades, recommending improvements where necessary. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Proven experience in implementing and managing IBM EGC and IBM IKC solutions. 
• Strong understanding of data integration, configuration management, and workflow optimization. 
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IBM tools. 
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certification in IBM EGC or IKC tools (if applicable). 
• Experience working in large-scale IT environments. 
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
