You will execute transportation operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will be responsible for activities such as transport planning (load planning, route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
Lead transportation related operational activities such as transport planning (load and route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims, freight billing and pay, pallet management, tender support, third-party performance management, etc. Monitor, verify, update, analyze and report on our company’s transportation KPIs and introduce corrective actions to continuously improve our transportation operations Coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure punctual, timely and in-full deliveries, in accordance to our standard operating procedures Participate and provide input into regular service provider performance reviews Communicate with internal stakeholders on shortages, delays, quality issues, and other losses while permanently analyzing the root causes of recurring problems Participate in project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with (CI) projects and tenders and capacity management

Reporting to: Logistics Operation Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transportation Operations Management • Oversee the end-to-end transportation process for finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
• Manage relationships with transportation vendors to ensure high service levels and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Develop and implement transportation schedules to optimize truck utilization and reduce downtime.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, including on-time in full OTIF, freight cost per shipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations team to ensure seamless coordination between warehousing and transportation activities.
• Analyze transportation workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance logistics capabilities and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor logistics team members, ensuring they meet performance goals and have growth opportunities.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and propose the proper actions.
Drive Digitalization Projects
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of digital tools that improve operational efficiency, such as inventory tracking systems, demand forecasting tools, customer service metric and transportation management software...etc.
• Act as the coordinator / lead for CSnL digitalization initiatives, ensuring alignment between department lead and corporate objectives.
• Organize regular review meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, address challenges, and align on next steps for digitalization efforts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide a holistic view of CSnL performances, including KPIs for transportation, inventory, forecasting, SI, customer service …
• Ensure reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of cross departments while remaining consistent with the centralized system.
• Provide insights and recommendations to LT based on aggregated data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data flow between systems (ERP, WMS, and other tools) is accurate and consistent.
• Establish protocols to validate and clean data before it is fed into centralized systems, minimizing errors.
• Train CSnL members to effectively use the centralized system, ensuring they can access and utilize data for their specific needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Familiar with office digitalization tools and software, Analytical mindset
• Fluent in English
• Strong familiarity with Logistic Operations and productivity improvement activities.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-function coordination abilities.
• Growth mindset, proactive, problem-solving, Presentation skill, Data analysis.
